ROCKSTAR CHICA
Terrier
🇺🇸
Brookings, South Dakota
May 30th
female, medium, adult
DESCRIPTION
Meet Rockstar Chica! Unlike her Five Nights at Freddy’s namesake, this 3-year-old terrier mix doesn’t want to capture you in an animatronic suit– she’s only interested in capturing your heart.
Rockstar Chica weighs in at about 50 pounds and is spayed and medically up-to-date. Like many albino animals, Rockstar Chica is mostly blind and deaf. Because of her special needs, Rockstar Chica is slow to warm up to new people, but is friendly and sweet when given time.
Rockstar Chica is kennel trained, leash trained, and potty trained. She loves to go on walks or free roam in a fenced yard. Rockstar Chica also loves chew toys and snacks! We’re not sure how she feels about cats, but Rockstar Chica does well with other medium sized dogs and older kids (9+).
Come rock out with Rockstar Chica today!
Since many of our adoptable dogs are in foster homes, appointments are highly recommended to ensure the animal you are interested in is currently at the shelter. Please call or e-mail the shelter to set up an appointment to meet and adopt!
Our adoption fees include the following: all of our dogs/puppies are current on vaccinations (DHPP and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, heartworm tested and current on preventative, microchipped, treated for fleas/ticks and are spayed or neutered. Our large dog adoption fee is generally $175 + tax. Our small dog and puppy adoption fee is generally $300+ tax. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances. Due to space limitations, we do not hold dogs.
Because we are on a busy street, we require that all dogs leaving the shelter be in a carrier or on leash. All pets remain up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee paid.
