DOG'S DESCRIPTION: Meet Aubrey!
Aubrey is an adorable Shih Tzu who has been given a second chance after being rescued along with his buddies, Bandit and Dexter. Due to circumstances beyond their control, their owner could no longer care for them—but Aubrey hasn't let that dim his spirit one bit.
Just look at this handsome boy now! With his brand-new haircut, Aubrey is feeling his best and ready to find a forever family to call his own. He's a friendly fella who enjoys the company of both people and other dogs, making him a wonderful addition to just about any home.
After all he's been through, Aubrey is simply looking for stability, kindness, and a place where he can truly belong. If you are ready for some extra love in your life, apply today and let Aubrey fill your days with unconditional love, companionship, and plenty of tail wags!
Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.
Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.
