DOG'S DESCRIPTION: Meet Babe Olive! Babe Olive came to K-9 Lifesavers from a shelter in Alabama and is now ready to find the loving forever family she's been waiting for. Could that be you? This gorgeous girl appears to be a Catahoula mix, and she certainly turns heads wherever she goes. Her beautiful gray speckled coat makes her stand out from the crowd, but Babe Olive is much more than just a pretty face. Olive is a sweet, friendly, and playful puppy who enjoys making new friends and exploring the world around her. She gets along well with other dogs and would love a family that will help her continue to build confidence and learn new things.
At her young age, Olive is in the perfect stage for training and socialization. Given her likely breed mix, we expect her to be one smart cookie who will thrive with positive reinforcement, fun activities, and plenty of opportunities to learn. Whether it's adventures outdoors, playtime with canine companions, or relaxing with her family at the end of the day, Olive is ready to be a devoted companion.
If you're looking to fill your home with the unconditional love, laughter, and special joy that only a dog can bring, look no further than Babe Olive. Apply today and give this deserving girl the forever home she deserves!
Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.
Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.
