Shih Tzu Dogs Available for Adoption in Phoenix, Arizona

Tina is an absolutely adorable petite, liver and white Shih Tzu girl. She is 2 years old and was surrendered by her owners who were unable to care for her. She's the happiest little gal you've ever met. She craves attention and never tires of it. Tina does have glaucoma and had 1 eye removed and gets drops in her other eye. She will need periodic eye check visits at a regular veterinarian or Eye Care For Animals as well as daily drops. Please be aware of the possible ongoing costs. We have done everything we are able to for her this far and she's definitely worth it! Please note: Some of the Photos show Tina before her eye was removed.

Tina is a coated dog (hair grows continuously) and will need professional grooming every 6-8 weeks.

Tina's adoption fee is $300

This fee includes at least one health exam at our veterinarian while in our care, altering, all vaccinations including rabies (as permitted by age), a pre-adoption professional grooming and a microchip with lifetime membership that never will cost you a fee. All dogs also leave with a new collar and or harness and leash as well as a gift bag which includes among other things, a starter bag of the quality kibble that is being fed at the rescue. Adoption fees also allow us the ability to put funds towards the next homeless or unwanted dog in need of rescue! Please understand that sometimes we get numerous applications for specific dogs and as a volunteer-based rescue, we do not always have the time to respond to each one. We do our best to choose the most suitable home for each dog based on their specific personality and needs. Please note you MAY NOT be contacted for up to 10 days to schedule a meet and greet if your family is the most suitable for this rescue dog.
