Oscar is a 3 month old Chihuahua puppy who was abandoned in a shopping cart with his mother at a PetSmart store. He is charming and playful and very well socialized. He's nearly all white and has the most adorable antics. He's also VERY smart! Oscar is neutered, has all of the vaccinations he can have for his age and weighs 7 lbs. his projected weight is 10-12 lbs.
