Meet Gregory!

Meet Gregory, a handsome 6 year old, 12 lb Shih Tzu who is ready to put his past behind him and discover just how wonderful being a beloved family dog can be.

Gregory came to us as a breeder release, so unfortunately, his first years of life werent everything we wish they could have been. Because of that, he can be a little nervous when first meeting someone new but give him a little time and kindness, and he comes around very quickly. Once he realizes hes safe, his sweet personality really starts to shine.

Gregory is such a gentle, easygoing little guy. He loves affection and enjoys cuddling up on the couch with his person, but he isnt overly needy. Hes perfectly content giving you some personal space while still keeping tabs on where you are and following you from room to room. Hes just an all-around wonderful little companion.

He does great with the other dogs in his foster home and is very easygoing around them. He isnt looking to cause any trouble, Gregory is just happy to be part of the crew!

Hes also doing really well with his routine. Gregory sleeps in a crate at night, uses the doggy door at his foster home, and is doing well going potty outside when kept on a consistent schedule.

When Gregory came into our care, his teeth werent in the best condition, so he received a much-needed dental while he was under for his neuter. He did have to lose quite a few teeth, but dont worry, hes still as cute as can be and probably feeling a whole lot better!
Gregory is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and will have his health certificate prior to adoption.

This sweet boy may not have had the best beginning, but his beginning doesnt have to define the rest of his story. Now Gregory just needs a loving family, a comfy couch, and someone who will show him how good life can be.
