Meet Lassie!
Lassie is an adorable 1 year old Corgi mix weighing about 20 pounds, and she is seriously as cute as can be! With her long little body, super short legs, and beautiful fluffy coat, she has the most charming look. But as cute as she is, her personality is even sweeter. Lassie absolutely loves her people and is happiest when she can be right by their side. Her foster mom adores her and says she always wants to be close, soaking up affection and enjoying simply being together.
Lassie does well with other dogs, although a large pack can be a little overwhelming for her at first. Her foster home has quite a few dogs, and while she was initially unsure, she has settled in beautifully and is now comfortable with everyone. We think she would thrive in a home with one or two other friendly dogs rather than a large, busy pack. She really is a people-oriented girl and would be just as happy hanging out with her humans. One of her favorite activities is curling up on the couch for a good Netflix-and-chill session!
This sweet girl is already house trained and crate trained and has wonderful manners in the home. Lassie was sadly surrendered to rescue because she had a habit of wandering when she was left outside unattended without a secure fenced yard. We cant exactly blame an adventurous little Corgi girl for going exploring when given the opportunity! Her forever family will simply need to make sure she is safely leashed or in a secure fenced area when outside.
Lassie is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and will have her health certificate prior to adoption. She is affectionate, easy to love, and such a wonderful little companion. If youre looking for a sweet, fluffy, short-legged best friend who will happily follow you around all day and then curl up beside you on the couch at night, Lassie might be exactly who youve been waiting for.
