Meet Lola!

If youre looking for a loyal best friend who wants nothing more than to be by your side, then Lola may just be your perfect match! This adorable 3 year old Beagle/Chihuahua mix weighs about 19 pounds and has the sweetest personality.

Lola is a true companion dog. She absolutely loves her people and is happiest when shes close to them. Whether shes following you from room to room, curling up beside you on the couch, or rolling over for endless belly rubs, Lola simply wants to be part of whatever youre doing. Because she forms such strong bonds with her family, she can become a little anxious when separated from them, so shed do best with a family thats home often and can include her in their daily life.

One of Lolas favorite things in the world is children. She absolutely adores them and has such a gentle, loving nature that makes her a wonderful family dog. She truly lights up when shes around her people and loves being included in all the fun.

Lola gets along well with other dogs, especially dogs closer to her own size. Larger dogs can make her a little nervous at first, but shes never shown any aggression—she simply prefers smaller canine companions and takes a little longer to warm up to the bigger ones. We havent had the opportunity to test her with cats.

Shes already house trained and crate trained, making her an easy addition to her forever home. She also has a very nice recall and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.

Lolas journey hasnt always been easy. She came into rescue heavily pregnant after living in a difficult situation, but despite everything shed been through, she remained incredibly sweet and loving. She was a wonderful mama, and now that her puppies have grown, its finally her turn to be the one who is loved, spoiled, and cherished every single day.
