Don't let the gray around her muzzle fool you-Elsa Louise is living proof that age is just a number! This adorable 10-year-old Shih Tzu/Poodle mix weighs 18.1 pounds and has plenty of pep left in her paws.

Elsa Louise is the total package: she's potty trained, dog-friendly, absolutely adores people, and considers cuddling an Olympic sport. If you're sitting down, she'll happily volunteer as your weighted blanket. If you're watching TV, she's already claimed the best seat in the house-right next to you (or on your lap if you'll allow it!).

While she's definitely mastered the art of lounging, don't mistake her for a little old lady ready to retire. Elsa Louise still has plenty of spunk and loves to remind everyone that she's got a playful side. She may be a senior on paper, but in her heart, she's convinced she's still got puppy moves.

She's the kind of dog who greets every day with a wagging tail, a happy heart, and the expectation that belly rubs should be unlimited. Elsa had a tumor removed from her leg. It was a low grade sarcoma and the vet got clean margins.

Adoption fee is: $250

ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com.

Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee.

Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs. For the safety of our small breed dogs and based on our past experiences, we will not place our dogs in homes with large breed dogs.
