Meet Widget! Widget is a 3 month old male shih tzu mix puppy and he weighs about 5 pounds. Widget is still growing and could be 12-18 pounds when he is full grown, but we are unable to predict his adult weight. Widget arrived in rescue after being from an accidental litter. He is an active puppy that will need a family up for all things puppyhood brings - leash training, house training, socialization and learning that flip flops are for feet, not food. He is very smart and very active and needs a family that will understand this, as well as his grooming needs. His foster family says he has been so much fun to have as a foster puppy. His foster mom says: Meet This Sweet Little Boy! This adorable little guy has a big personality packed into one fluffy, lovable body! He’s a sweet, curious boy who loves to play, explore his surroundings, and spend time with his fellow four-legged friends. His favorite things? Chasing balls, discovering new things, lounging on cool tile floors, and snuggling up with his favorite people. He has such a fun, endearing personality that makes him truly special! He absolutely enjoys being around other dogs, so he may love having a furry friend to play with and learn from in his forever home, provided they’re a good match. Having a canine companion could be a wonderful bonus for this social little guy! He’s still working on his potty training and will need a family with plenty of patience, consistency, and a willingness to help him learn. He’s still figuring things out, and with time, love, and positive reinforcement, he’ll continue to grow and thrive. This little boy is looking for a family who will embrace his playful spirit, nurture his curious nature, and give him all the love and guidance he deserves. If you’re looking for a sweet companion who will keep you smiling, enjoy playtime with you, and happily settle in for some snuggles, he just might be your perfect match!

Widget is neutered, up to date on vaccines, on flea and heartworm prevention and microchipped.

Widget is fostered in the Orlando area and his adoption donation is $525.
