AN INQUIRY FROM PETFINDER IS NOT AN APPLICATION! READ THE ENTIRE POST FOR INFORMATION HOW TO APPLY.
Meet Sherrie! Sherrie is a 9 year old female schnauzer and she weighs about 13 pounds. Sherrie arrived in rescue after her previous home could no longer care for her. Her foster dad says: Sherrie is a sweet pup with a calm, gentle demeanor who would love nothing more than to find a cozy home and a family to call her own. She’s a true couch potato who loves being petted, cuddled, and spending quiet time with her people. Sherrie is potty trained on a schedule and will also give you cues when she needs to go outside. She walks well on a leash and is comfortable going into a crate for short periods of time. She does well with older kids and teens and would make a wonderful companion for a household looking for a relaxed, affectionate dog. At bedtime, Sherrie is flexible. She'll happily sleep in bed with her human for some extra snuggles, or she’s perfectly content sleeping in her own dog bed. If your idea of the perfect dog is a calm little companion who enjoys leisurely walks, cuddles, and plenty of couch time, Sherrie may be your girl!
Sherrie is spayed, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, microchipped and has had her teeth cleaned.
Sherrie is fostered in the Orlando area and her adoption donation is $325. If you are interested in applying to adopt Sherrie, please visit www.floridalittledogrescue.com to read the adoption process and complete an application! Please note that emails simply asking "Is this dog available" will not be returned, as applications are worked in the order received and availability largely depends on when you apply:) Please also know we do not adopt out of state! Thank you!
