Rudy is a happy, affectionate, and resilient boy who has overcome an incredible journey. Found wandering the streets of South Texas severely underweight and in need of urgent care, Rudy spent a week receiving lifesaving treatment before beginning his recovery in foster care.

With love, proper nutrition, and patience, Rudy has transformed into the sweet and playful dog he is today. He has gained over 30 pounds, loves being around people, and never lost his gentle, trusting nature.

Rudy enjoys walks, playing with his doggie foster siblings, and being part of an active family. He is a good listener, eager to please, and has shown he can be a wonderful companion.
