Jessie will be arriving on August 1st from our rescue partners and cannot wait to start the next chapter of her journey.

Her story is one of heartbreak, resilience, and hope. She was found alongside her friend Buzz, both abandoned, tied up, and left without proper food or care.

When Jessie was rescued, she was severely emaciated and suffering from the effects of neglect. Despite everything she endured, Jessie showed incredible strength and a willingness to trust again. With the care and dedication of rescue, she has been rehabilitated and is now ready for the life she always deserved.

Jessie is a sweet and resilient Shepherd mix with a gentle spirit. She has a moderate energy level and enjoys companionship, affection, and being part of a family.

Her journey has not been easy, but Jessie has shown that her past does not define her. She is ready to leave survival behind and discover what it means to be safe, loved, and truly home.

Jessie is house trained and crate trained. She has adjusted well after everything she has experienced and will continue to thrive with patience, routine, and positive reinforcement.

Jessie is currently heartworm positive and will require continued medical support as she completes treatment and continues her journey toward full health.
