Meet Azra!

Azra is a sweet, playful 9-week-old Northern mixed-breed puppy who is expected to grow into a medium to large-sized dog, with Shepherd-like features and personality. Like any young puppy, she's curious about the world and happiest when she's close to her people.

Azra has a wonderful appetite and is thriving in foster care. She loves everyone she meets and has an affectionate, gentle nature. She especially enjoys spending time with her foster sister and is eager to make new friends. She's also interested in her foster family's dog and wants to be close, though she's still learning that being tiny means giving bigger dogs a little extra space!

As expected for her age, Azra is just beginning her house-training journey. Her foster family takes her outside after naps, meals, and every few hours, including overnight, and she's learning the routine. She is also getting used to her crate. She eats most of her meals there to help create positive associations and settles after a little whining at bedtime.

Azra is looking for a family that understands puppies require patience, consistency, and lots of love. She'll need continued training with house manners, crate training, socialization, and eventually leash walking as she grows. In return, you'll gain a loyal, loving companion who is eager to learn and will be by your side through every adventure.
