Meet Cola!

Cola is an adorable male Shepherd mix who came to us from local animal control with his siblings. He was born in late June 2026. This sweet boy is ready to trade shelter life for a family of his very own!

Cola is a friendly, affectionate puppy who enjoys attention, cuddles, playtime, and being part of whatever is going on around him. He is good with other dogs and cats and, like any puppy his age, is curious about the world and ready to learn everything his new family has to teach him.

Of course, adopting a puppy means signing up for all of puppy life—not just the cute parts! Cola will need a family prepared to continue working on house training, crate training, leash walking, basic commands, socialization, and good manners. Puppies chew things, have accidents, wake you up, get into things they shouldn't, and require plenty of patience, consistency, exercise, and supervision. Shepherd mixes are also typically intelligent, active dogs who benefit from both physical exercise and mental stimulation as they grow.

Please consider what Cola will need not only as an adorable 10-week-old puppy, but as a full-grown dog for the next 10–15 years. A dog is a commitment through moves, vacations, job changes, new relationships, children, and all the other changes life can bring. Proper veterinary care, preventatives, quality food, training, exercise, grooming, and lots of time and attention should all be part of that commitment.

Cola has his whole life ahead of him, and we'd love to find him a family ready to put in the work now so he can grow into a happy, confident, well-mannered adult dog.
