Marcella is truly something special—at just 3.5 years old, this Shepherd/Blue Heeler mix might be one of the most stunning dogs you’ll ever meet. With her fluffy coat, beautiful tricolor patterning, and striking Heterochromia, she turns heads everywhere she goes. But her beauty is only the beginning of what makes her unforgettable.

Marcella came to us through no fault of her own after spending over a year and a half in a loving home, so we know she has what it takes to thrive in a family environment. Because of that, our biggest goal is to help her find her way back into a home where she can be cherished just as much.

Her very best trait? She absolutely loves people. Marcella has never met a stranger—everyone she meets is instantly her new best friend. She happily seeks out affection and will soak up every bit of love and attention you’re willing to give. This girl lives for praise and will lean her whole body into you just to get those extra scratches.

Like many Shepherds, Marcella has a curious spirit and enjoys exploring the outdoors. She can be a bit of a wanderer and has shown some escape artist tendencies, but with continued training and structure, we expect her to settle nicely. She’s smart and eager—she just needs guidance to help channel that curiosity.

Marcella does well with other dogs when given slow, proper introductions so she can build confidence at her own pace. She also does wonderfully with kids, making her a great candidate for a family home. She’s both potty-trained and crate-trained, giving her a solid foundation to build on.

Marcella would do well in just about any home that’s ready to welcome a beautiful, affectionate, and inquisitive companion. She’s the kind of dog who will bond deeply, bring joy every day, and grow into her very best self with a little love and patience.
