DESCRIPTION
Katie is full of life and absolutely loves to play—she’s the kind of puppy who can keep the fun going for hours without slowing down. Whether it’s romping around with toys, exploring outside, or engaging in an exciting game, she brings enthusiasm and joy to everything she does. Katie would thrive in an active home that can match her energy and provide plenty of playtime, exercise, and mental stimulation.
She enjoys the company of other dogs and would likely love having a playful canine companion to burn off energy with. Katie plays with a lot of enthusiasm and would do best in an adult-only home or one with older, dog-savvy teens who can comfortably keep up with her play style.
If you’re looking for a playful, athletic, and curious dog to add to your family, Katie would love to meet you.
Katie is estimated to be 9 months old and 35 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention. Dogs over 7 months have been heartworm tested.

ABOUT: MIXED BREED DOG BREED
The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.
The retriever is a beloved dog breed known for its friendly demeanor, intelligence, and exceptional ability to retrieve objects. With a loyal and gentle nature, retrievers make excellent family pets and are popular choices for service and therapy work. These dogs excel in obedience training and activities such as agility and hunting. Recognized for their shiny coats and moderate size, retrievers come in various colors including golden, Labrador, and Chesapeake Bay. Their overall versatility and affectionate personalities make them cherished companions in many households.
