Shar Pei Dogs Available for Adoption in Lake Forest, California

Clay aka Pooffy is the sweetest boy. He came in with 2 other dogs that were abandoned in the desert by their owner. Despite being super skinny and needing entropion surgery he is the goofiest bouncies boy in the world.

He is great with other dogs and really would love a home with another playful pup to hang out with when his family is off doing their thing.

He is house trained.

He is great in a crate but would not necessarily need to be crated in his new home.

Want kisses on a regular basis this is your guy! He loves meal time and will dance around and make cute little high pitched noises telling you how exciting everything is!

This boy is a dream in the car and would love to be your ride or die boy and is up from any adventure big or small.

The Shar Pei is a distinctive breed known for their deep wrinkles and blue black tongue. Originally from China, these medium sized dogs are loyal, independent, and protective of their families. Shar Peis have a unique appearance with a hippopotamus like face and a broad, padded muzzle. Their coat can be either horse coat or brush coat, coming in a variety of colors. While they can be aloof with strangers, Shar Peis are devoted companions with a calm demeanor, making them wonderful family pets.
