Bryn is about 2 years old and weighs around 15 pounds, and despite everything she's been through she's still incredibly soft hearted and people focused!
She was found alone as a stray and impounded at a local shelter, but there was a twist! She was heavily pregnant. With the shelter stretched beyond capacity and limited resources available, Bryn was placed on the euthanasia list if rescue placement couldn't be found quickly. We were alerted just in time and rushed to bring her into our care.
Shortly after arriving, Bryn gave birth to NINE puppies. Nine tiny lives all safe, cared for, and all thriving. Bryn did her job as a mama beautifully. She cared for her pups, raised them, and saw them through to weaning. Now that her puppies are thriving on their own, her motherhood chapter is complete, and she's more than ready for her next one: being someone's beloved dog.
Bryn isn't a "sob story" kind of dog she's a "look what I survived, and I'm still here, still sweet, still open hearted" kind of dog. She adores people. If you sit down, she's right there with you. If you move around, she follows. If affection is offered, she happily leans in without hesitation. Bryn loves being close to her humans and doesn't hold back when it comes to affection!
With other dogs she's social and easygoing. She can play, hang out, or simply coexist peacefully. She adjusts well and brings a calm, drama free energy to her environment. She enjoys walks, soaking up the sunshine, and being included in everyday life. She is still putting on a bit of healthy weight, and once medically cleared she will be spayed and fully ready for her forever home.
Bryn isn't asking for anything complicated just stability, love, and a home where she never has to fight to survive again, only to live. Interested in this special girl? Please inquire today!
