Meet Mazi! He's 3 years old, about 20 pounds, and runs on pure enthusiasm and good vibes only.
Mazi came to us after his living situation changed when his previous owner's landlord said he could no longer stay. It threw him off for a minute, but not for long. He's the kind of dog who bounces back quickly and decides the new situation is actually fine as long as there are people around and things to do. And Mazi always wants something to do.
He's playful, social, and very into other dogs. If there's a game happening, he wants in. If there's a person nearby, he wants to be part of whatever they're doing. He's friendly with everyone and warms up quickly, especially if you bring snacks into the equation.
He's also got a funny little habit we love. When asked to sit, he sometimes just goes straight into a full down instead. No hesitation. Just drops into a "this is my final answer" position like he's solved the problem his own way. He's smart, just...a little creative about it.
He's food motivated, eager to learn, and actually really fun to work with because he tries hard and stays engaged. Training him is less about perfection and more about keeping up with his energy and sense of humor!
Mazi would do best with someone active who can take him on walks, outings, and adventures, and who's excited to keep building his training and social skills.
