As soon as this little fellow walked through our doors, the volunteers went nuts… and honestly, we get it. These pictures? They don’t even come close to capturing how special he is in person.
Kash is the kind of pup who quietly sits in his kennel, just watching the busy shelter world go by… taking it all in with those beautiful gray eyes that seem to say so much. He’s calm, gentle, and has the softest fur, the kind you just want to keep petting forever.
But here’s the part that tugs at our hearts…
Kash does not want to go back into his kennel.
He’ll happily head outside, ready for a walk, ready for fresh air, ready to be near you… but turning back toward the shelter? That’s not his favorite direction. And we don’t blame him one bit.

He’s about 40 pounds, a little on the shorter side, and just so, so sweet.
Maybe around 2-3 .. not sure on his age .
Doesn’t seem to mind other dogs
Not yet cat tested
Still decompressing, so we’re unsure about kids at this time
What we do know is this, Kash deserves more than a kennel. He deserves a couch, a yard, a person… a life where he doesn’t have to watch the world go by from behind a door.
Let’s give this sweet boy the fresh start he’s been waiting for.
