Meet Taffy!

Taffy was one of eight puppies born in South Carolina, and she was far too young to lose her mama the way she did. A car struck her mother on the road, and she dragged herself into the woods with whatever strength she had left. Taffy and her siblings stayed close and watched as she passed.

Through all of it, this sweet girl had her brothers and sisters to lean on. When rescue arrived, they brought the whole litter to safety, and Taffy has been soaking up warm blankets, full bowls, and gentle hands ever since.

Taffy has a big, bright life ahead of her and a lot of love to give. She is ready for a family who will stay by her side and show her that the people who love her don’t leave.
