Yukon - Husky Dog for Adoption in Sumter, South Carolina

Meet Yukon!

This sweet boy was found as a stray and arrived severely matted, so badly that it was difficult for him to even move comfortably. We were able to remove a large amount of the matting, though there's still more work to be done.

Through it all, Yukon was incredibly sweet and gentle. He simply sat there and let us do what we needed to do to help give him some relief, never once fighting the process.

At 2 years old, Yukon is a 43-pound Woolly Husky who is dog friendly and currently doing well kenneled with others. He is heartworm positive and is currently undergoing the slow kill treatment method, putting him on the path to good health.

Yukon deserves so much kindness and care after everything he's been through. Could you be the one to give it to him?

Adoption fee: $350. Includes transport to the Midwest, Northeast, or Southeast.
