Skittles - Pit Bull Terrier and Labrador Retriever Dog for Adoption in Sumter, South Carolina

Meet Skittles!

Skittles is one of eight puppies born in South Carolina, and her story starts with a loss no baby should face. Her mama was hit by a car and dragged herself into the woods, and Skittles and her littermates were with her at the very end.

It would have been easy for a puppy this small to be broken by that. Instead, Skittles held tight to her brothers and sisters, and together they made it to safety when rescue came for them. Now she is learning what it means to be warm, fed, and safe, and her sweet, colorful personality is shining through.

Skittles is ready to give her whole heart to a family who will promise to stay. She has already said goodbye to the one who loved her first, and she deserves a home where she never has to say goodbye again.

Will you be the one to give Skittles her forever?

Adoption fee: $550. Includes transport to the Midwest, Northeast, or Southeast.
