THUNDER - 39 LBS OF HOUSE HIPPO WITH A STORM WARNING FOR YOUR SNACK CABINET
Meet Thunder, a 6-month-old, 39-lb male Bully breed pup who is part blue pittie, part house hippo, part land seal, and approximately 97% adorable chunk. Just LOOK at that giant noggin and those baby blues!
Thunder loves people, LOVES other dogs, and would be thrilled to have canine siblings who are ready to play. He happily shares toys and treats with his friends and is a sweet, social little dude who thinks everyone should probably join his friendship circle immediately.
He already knows how to sit and is VERY food motivated. Thunder has carefully reviewed the training process and agrees to participate as long as management continues providing adequate snack compensation.
His owner could no longer care for him, so this sweet boy is looking for a family where he can finally unpack his tiny imaginary suitcase and stay forever. He's still just a baby and deserves to grow up knowing that his home will always be his home.
Thunder's future plans include wrestling with dog friends, perfecting his house-hippo physique, becoming a professional couch potato, accepting snacks for being ridiculously handsome, and eventually graduating from Baby Land Seal to Full-Grown Sofa Walrus.
He's sweet. He's silly. He's chunky. He's social. He has absolutely magnificent blue eyes and a face that appears to have been designed specifically for smooching.
Thunder is ready to roll into his forever home and make some noise.

Photos, information, age, breed, size, medical status, behavior, and adoption fee are all subject to change as we get to know them. We will continue to update their profiles with information and photos to better represent them!
We are a foster-based rescue and generally do not have animals at our office, and not all animals attend adoption events. To coordinate a meet and greet with a specific animal please contact us!
We can only finalize adoptions at events for approved adopters. The earlier you apply, the better, it takes time to review and approve applications!
We host adoption events almost every Saturday from *11:00 AM to 2:00 PM* around the Fort Collins community!
