SPUD MUFFIN - 70 LBS OF POTATO, ZERO CONCEPT OF PERSONAL SPACE

Meet Spud Muffin, a 1-year-old, 70-lb mixed breed who has reviewed his paperwork and would like to formally dispute the word "large." According to Spud, he is a lap dog, love muffin, and perfectly reasonable size to be carried like a baby.

Spud Muffin is a certified GOOFBALL with a PhD in physical affection. His love language is touch, his hobbies include giving hugs and kisses to complete strangers, and his personal boundaries are nonexistent. He's wiggly, ridiculously friendly, walks well on leash, and has never met a human he didn't immediately decide was his new best friend. He'll even casually walk underneath people's legs-and apparently other dogs' legs-because why go around something when you can make the situation significantly weirder?

This gentle giant is a total social butterfly and has quickly become a staff favorite. He's got a big body, an even bigger heart, and dreams of becoming somebody's full-time couch potato between adventures.

The saddest part? Spud Muffin arrived as an unclaimed stray with no collar, no tags and no microchip. Nobody came looking for him. Somehow, this big lovable potato showed up with nobody to call his own while carrying enough love inside him for an entire family.

Now Spud is ready to put his best paw forward and finally get the good life he deserves: adventures, a safe home, a couch to potato upon, and humans who don't mind being aggressively loved by 70 pounds of pure happiness.

Big boy. Big heart. Big lovable potato.

Come meet Spud Muffin. Just understand that once he hugs you, you may legally belong to him.

*About us*
All Aboard saves animals from euthanasia lists at high-kill shelters, giving them a ticket for a second chance. With a passionate team we are a foster-based animal rescue, partnering with the community to provide shelter and resources prioritizing the animals' well-being.

Every adoption fee directly helps a rescued animal make it safely from a shelter to a loving home. As a nonprofit, we put these fees right back into vet care, food, transport, and all the support to help the next animal.
You're not just adopting, you're saving a life and fueling another rescue journey!

*Our Mission*
At All Aboard Animal Rescue, our mission is to address the global pet overpopulation crisis through rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming.
We are dedicated to making a difference by providing essential resources and compassionate care to enhance the quality of life for animals. As their voice, we advocate for their well-being by raising awareness about the shelter crisis, promoting responsible pet guardianship, and ensuring the compassionate treatment of all animals.

*Our Vision*
We envision a world where every animal is understood with empathy, treated with kindness and respect, and where the unique bond between humans and animals is cherished - enriching all lives.

*Spay & Neuter is required by law in Colorado, helping to break the cycle of unwanted litters.*
Please consider supporting our mission. Together, we are making a difference!

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.

The shepherd dog breed encompasses a versatile group known for their intelligence, loyalty, and strong work ethic. With a heritage deeply rooted in herding and protecting livestock, shepherds excel at various tasks ranging from obedience and agility competitions to search and rescue missions. Their protective nature makes them excellent family pets, offering unwavering devotion and a natural instinct to watch over and care for their loved ones. In addition to their remarkable abilities, shepherds are often characterized by their distinctive appearance, including a sturdy build, alert expression, and a signature double coat that provides insulation and protection in various climates.

OUR MISSION To enhance the quality of life for both pets and people through the process of matching adoptable animals...
