Some dogs dont have to do much to steal your heart... they just quietly do.
This sweet girl arrived at HHPP with a male and female companion, and the three of them are peacefully sharing one oversized kennel. While theyre making the best of it, wed love nothing more than to see each of them stretched out in a home of their own instead of sharing shelter space.
Letha appears to be a middle-aged Akita mix, though we dont know her exact age. What we do know is that shes incredibly sweet, easy to walk, keeps her kennel nice and clean, and isnt one to bark just for the sake of barking. She seems to appreciate the simple things—a leisurely stroll, a kind voice, and a little attention.

Can we also talk about her adorable face? It looks like shes wearing perfectly applied eyeshadow. Nature definitely gave this girl a little extra beauty.
She came in alongside two other dogs and has been doing wonderfully with them, so she seems to enjoy canine company. We have not cat tested her.
Letha isnt asking for much. Just a soft place to land, a family to love, and someone willing to give her the second chance she deserves. Whether youre ready to adopt or can open your home as a foster, youd be changing her world.
