Meet Blue!

He is a handsome Mixed Breed boy who is estimated to be around 6 years old and weighs in at a whopping 90 pounds! This gentle giant likely has some Great Dane or another large breed somewhere in his family tree, and he certainly has the height to prove it! Blue arrived at the shelter as a stray and sadly, was never reclaimed by his owner. Now, he’s ready to find a forever family to call his own!

Blue is a friendly and happy-go-lucky guy who enjoys spending time with his people! He’s affectionate without needing to be by your side every second, making him the best of both worlds - he’s perfectly content doing his own thing, but is always happy to come over for some pets, kisses, and attention! Blue enjoys leisurely exploring and happily trots around with his squeaky stuffies, but he’s just as happy to check in with his people for some affection along the way! Blue walks well on a leash and enjoys sniffing around to explore while out and about!

Blue has the potential to live with another dog and may enjoy having a calmer or more independent canine companion. A meet-and-greet with any dogs in the home would be required at the shelter to make sure everyone is a good match. Blue also has the potential to live with a cat with slow, proper introductions. He would do well in a home with kiddos aged 8 and older.
