Otto - Mixed Breed Dog for Adoption in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Otto just arrived in Minnesota and is having so much fun learning about his new home! He loves to play with squeaky toys and to go on walks so that he can find all of the good sniff spots! He is playful and friendly and gets along with his foster brother and sister. When he's not playing with his toys, he likes to curl up and cuddle with his foster. Otto sleeps in his crate at night. He is working on potty-training and doing really well!

Otto is such a happy go lucky guy and is ready to find his forever family!

Otto is estimated to be 9 months old and 9 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, and have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention. Dogs over 7 months have been heartworm tested.

If you are interested in meeting this dog please complete the adoption application on our website at https://safehandsrescue.org/adoption-process/ and then we can contact you about setting up a meeting.

The mixed breed dogs, often referred to as mutts, are a diverse and unique group with a blend of different characteristics from various purebred dog breeds. These dogs come from a mixture of lineages, resulting in a wide range of sizes, coat types, and temperaments. While each mixed breed dog is distinct in its own right, they are known for their resilience, adaptability, and often have fewer health issues compared to purebred dogs due to their genetic diversity. Mixed breed dogs make wonderful companions for families looking for a loyal and one-of-a-kind pet.

To create a world where all companion animals are loved, respected and have a home.
