Adina - Chihuahua and Terrier Dog for Adoption in Minneapolis, Minnesota

Adina is sure to brighten your days with her sparkle and BIG love! Like her sister Aliza, is a recent arrival to Minnesota making her way north to find a forever family of her own. With a ten pound terrier-mix mom and a "mystery man" for a dad, Adina is loving her new life in Minnesota! While she currently shares her foster home with her sister, she is ready to strike out on her own and find a home where she can be the true star of the show.

Adina is a curious soul with a heart of gold. She approaches the world with a wonderful blend of enthusiasm and intelligence, always eager to see what is around the next corner. She is a brave explorer who handles new territory with confidence, yet she never loses sight of her favorite people. Highly affectionate and social, Adina gets along well with the resident dogs and cat. She has a way of sensing exactly when you need a companion, and as long as there is a lap available, she will happily curl up and stay as long as you’ll let her.

At night, Adina is content in her own space with her sister to enjoy their routine of soft music, toys, and snacks. This smart, food-motivated girl is as gentle as she is fun-loving, making her a versatile companion for any adventure or a quiet night in. If you are looking for a smart, snuggly, and fiercely loyal best friend, Adina is ready to brighten your world!

Adina is estimated to be 13 weeks old and 5 lbs 12 oz. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, and have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention. Dogs over 7 months have been heartworm tested.
