Regina - Labrador Retriever and Rottweiler Dog Available for Adoption in Yakima, Washington

Meet Regina, a two-and-a-half-month-old Lab/Rottie mix weighing 20 pounds.

Regina's story began when she and her siblings were found in a cherry orchard, but now this big, beautiful girl is ready to leave her past behind and find a loving home of her own.

Regina is an outgoing, friendly goofball who loves to have fun. She approaches life with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a playful spirit that is sure to keep her family smiling. Whether she's making new friends, playing with her toys, or showing off her goofy personality, Regina is always ready to be part of the action. She enjoys people and is eager to share her affection with everyone she meets.

As a young dog, Regina is still learning and growing. Like many adolescents, she can be energetic, excitable, and occasionally forget that her size makes her a little bigger than she thinks she is! Because of this, continued training and structure will be important as she matures into a well-mannered adult companion.

Puppy and basic obedience training are some of the best investments a family can make for a young dog like Regina. Positive reinforcement training helps build confidence, teaches good manners, strengthens the bond between dog and owner, and provides important mental enrichment. Skills such as leash walking, polite greetings, recall, and impulse control will help Regina succeed in her new home and out in the community.

Regina is looking for a family that will embrace her playful nature while providing the guidance, consistency, and love she needs to thrive. In return, she'll offer endless entertainment, loyal companionship, and plenty of laughs with her goofy antics.
