Meet Boss, a four year old Chihuahua/Terrier mix.

Boss is a leggy, handsome boy who has clearly had a harder start than he deserves. He came to us after being brought in when his owner was arrested, and it’s evident that life hasn’t always been easy for him.

Right now, Boss is looking for a calm, patient home where he can learn to feel safe and build trust at his own pace. He is a dog who wants to be with people, but he needs time and understanding to truly open up and show his personality.

Because of his sensitivity and need for a quieter environment, Boss would do best in an adult home or one without young children. With gentle guidance, consistency, and kindness, we believe he will form a strong bond with his person and blossom into a loyal companion.

Boss isn’t looking for a fast-paced life—he’s looking for someone who will give him the time he needs to finally relax and just be a dog.
