Luneta's Ideal Home
Luneta would thrive with an active family or individual who enjoys spending time outdoors and wants a fun, affectionate companion by their side.
She would love a family that includes her in daily activities, provides regular walks and opportunities to explore, and keeps her clever mind engaged with training, games, and enrichment.
A home with children ages 6–7 and older could be a wonderful fit, and she would also enjoy having a friendly canine companion.
A securely fenced yard is strongly preferred, as Luneta may be tempted to chase small animals. Because of her potential prey drive, a home without cats or other small pets would be best.
Most importantly, Luneta deserves a family who will appreciate her intelligence, playful spirit, and affectionate nature while giving her the stability and love she's been waiting for.
Luneta's Rescue Story
Luneta's journey began when she and her young puppy were found tied to a tree in a park near the home of a veterinarian. Thankfully, they were discovered and brought to safety.
Her puppy quickly found a loving forever home, but Luneta's journey took a little longer.
The veterinarian connected Luneta with a compassionate foster caregiver who welcomed her into her home and existing pack of dogs. There, Luneta has spent more than a year surrounded by love, learning to trust, and enjoying life as part of a family.
Her foster caregiver has grown incredibly attached to her and would love to keep her, but personal circumstances make that impossible. She knows Luneta deserves a permanent home where she can receive all the love, attention, and adventures she could ever want.
Luneta has already watched her puppy find a forever family. Now it's her turn.
She's been patiently waiting for someone to see just how special she is. Could that someone be you?
