Meet Ruby!

Ruby's story is one that happens far too often. She was found as a stray by a kind member of the public, and despite being posted everywhere in the hopes that someone would recognize her and come forward, no one ever did. No family stepped up. No one claimed her. She was simply left to wait.

And that's honestly hard to understand, because Ruby is about as perfect as they come.

At around 2 years old, Ruby is sweet, quiet, and wonderfully laid back. She carries herself with a gentle, lady-like grace, and she's dog friendly, currently doing great paired with her friend Kai. She's heartworm negative and ready to leave shelter life behind for good.

Ruby doesn't ask for much. She just wants a chance, a home, and a family to finally call her own.

Adoption fee: $350. Includes transport to the Midwest, Northeast, or Southeast.
