Murphy is a super sweet little Havanese who is ready to leave her past behind and find the loving forever home she deserves. This adorable girl was purchased from a breeder and surrendered because of a change to her owner's work schedule. Murphy is a wonderful little companion who gets along great with other dogs and would love having a family who can give her the time, attention, and companionship she needs.

Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.

Adoption fees cover basic vetting, spay/neuter surgery (at partner vet if not fixed before adoption), rabies, distemper/parvo vaccinations, treatment for worms, heartworm testing, monthly heartworm prevention and monthly flea/tick prevention (while the animal is in our care), and transport costs from high-kill shelter. Please note that on average, K-9 Lifesavers spend significantly more on each dog than their adoption fee. Adoption fee for HW positive dog also covers heartworm treatment at our partner vets.
