This beautiful little girl was found all alone as a stray in Houston, Texas, with no one to care for her. At just 8 weeks old, Hazel should be spending her days playing, exploring, and snuggling with a loving family. Thankfully, she is getting her chance at a brighter future and is ready to find the forever family she deserves!

Hazel is an adorable Australian Shepherd/Great Pyrenees mix (our best guess!) with a whole world of adventures waiting for her. She may be little now, but she has so much growing, learning, and loving ahead of her. With her beautiful mix of breeds, Hazel has the potential to grow into a wonderful companion who will bring years of happiness to her family.

Right now, Hazel is at that precious age when everything is new and exciting. From discovering her surroundings to learning about the world around her, she is just beginning her journey through puppyhood. She deserves a home where she can feel safe, loved, and cherished as she grows into the amazing dog she is meant to be.

Like far too many puppies in Texas, Hazel was found alone on the streets without the safe start every puppy deserves. We can only imagine how confusing and scary the world must have felt for such a tiny girl. Thankfully, she now has the opportunity for a fresh start and a future filled with soft beds, full bellies, gentle hands, and a family who will never leave her behind.

Because Hazel is still so young, she will need a family ready for all the fun (and work!) that comes with raising a puppy. She will need help with crate training, house training, leash walking, socialization, and all the other puppy basics. With patience, consistency, and plenty of positive reinforcement, Hazel has so much potential to grow into a wonderful lifelong companion.

Australian Shepherds are known for their intelligence, loyalty, and energetic personalities, while Great Pyrenees are often known for their gentle, devoted, and protective nature.
