Meet Ophelia — “O” for Short

Ophelia is a 4-month old cream colored Golden who was found as a stray in Winchester, KY, and after her required stray hold, the wonderful team at a shelter reached out to GRRAND to help this gorgeous little girl find the bestest forever home ever.

And “OH” she is special!

A Temperament as Sweet as Her Face:
Ophelia has the temperament of an angel. She gets along beautifully with every dog she meets, big or small. She's even respectful of her foster family's cat, CoCo, giving her space and honoring her boundaries like a perfect little lady.

Vetting & Care
She's already received her first round of puppy shots and is on NexGard Plus. She'll be visiting the vet this week for what we suspect is an undiagnosed UTI (OWIE, poor girl, no wonder potty training is a little difficult right now). Despite that, she's had zero “poo” accidents in the house and is trying her very best and really seems to get the basics.

Personality
Ophelia is not overly vocal, but she absolutely adores attention. She's happiest curled up in your lap, snoozing the afternoon away. Her leash walking skills are surprisingly impressive for her age. This girl is a natural!

And her favorite pastime?
Staring at herself in the mirror. She knows she's the fairest of them all, and honestly this little supermodel in the making is not wrong!
