Over the past two years, Dirk has shown no aggression toward people, children, or other animals. He has been around a variety of situations and has consistently demonstrated that he is a trustworthy and well-balanced dog. Even with quail and rabbits frequently visiting the yard, Dirk has never shown prey drive. His attention remains on what he loves mosthis ball and spending time with his people.

Dirk is also a happy passenger in the car and enjoys joining his people on adventures. Whether it's a drive across town, a trip to the park, or simply spending time together, Dirk is content to be by your side.

Saving Paws Rescue AZ is an all-volunteer, 501 (c) (3) charitable organization in Phoenix, Arizona, dedicated to providing veterinary care, evaluation and adoptive homes for German Shepherd Dogs , Belgian Malinois and others who are left in pounds to await uncertain fate, are owner surrenders ( divorce, death, etc.) or are from abusive or negligent situations. We help provide a safe harbor for German Shepherds and other breeds that might otherwise be destroyed.
