Meet Moose
Moose is a 7-year-old French Bulldog with a stunning blue merle coat and an easygoing personality that makes him an absolute joy to have around. Weighing about 28 pounds, this handsome guy is the definition of “go with the flow.”
Moose came to Dogworks as a breeder release from an Amish mill, and while his past may not have included the comforts of a typical home, he’s been settling into foster life beautifully and learning what it means to be a cherished companion.
This sweet boy is happiest just being near his people. He’s not overly needy, but he loves companionship—whether that means napping at your feet while you work or soaking up all the scratches you’re willing to give (and trust us, he loves his scratches). He’s a quiet guy too, only occasionally “talking” with his adorable Frenchie grunts.
Moose is social and enjoys meeting new people, and he gets along great with other dogs and older kids. He may even benefit from another dog in the home to help continue showing him the ropes, though it’s not required. He enjoys casual play like chasing toys or other dogs, but he’s just as content lounging and enjoying a nice day outside.
He’s crate trained, mostly potty trained with only rare accidents, and has been making great progress since his recent neuter. Moose is still learning some basics like leash walking and navigating steps—but he’s already made strides and continues to improve every day.
Moose does have dry eye and will need eye drops three times a day for life, so he’ll need a family committed to keeping up with that care. In return, you’ll get a calm, affectionate, and incredibly loyal companion.
Moose’s ideal home is one where someone is around often, willing to continue helping him learn and grow, and ready to give him the love and care he’s always deserved.
If you’re looking for a gentle, chill companion who will happily share your space (and your couch), Moose might just be your perfect match.
He is neutered, vaccinated, micro chipped, and is on monthly flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
His adoption fee is $350.
