Meet Lorenzo (aka Zozo, Enzo)! This 3-year-old, 32-pound French Bulldog is a team player, cutest patootiest, a splooter, and gentle through and through — moderate energy, a nice mix of people-oriented and independent, and a little shy in new situations before settling into himself by the end of the day. He hasn't met a stranger yet, plays beautifully off other dogs' energy and style, and relaxes contentedly in his crate ("his little dog cave") whenever he's left home alone. He's adjusting well when in new places, and beautifully crate trained, plus he walks like a dream on leash — zero pulling, and he'll even pause to wait for everyone on a walk to catch up.

Lorenzo's typical day starts with him sleeping quietly until woken, followed by an adorable cat-cow stretch as he leisurely rolls out of his crate. Like most Frenchies, his exercise needs are moderate with plenty of cooling breaks built in, and he's a big fan of balls and tug. He knows sit, stay, and paw, and when he wants extra attention, he'll give your hand a gentle little lick to ask. Lorenzo would do wonderfully as an only dog soaking up all the attention, or paired with another companion to play and chill with — either way, he thrives in a moderate-to-calm, apartment-friendly household. His foster calls him the perfect little sidekick: gentle even during play, endlessly calm, and always ready to curl up on or beside you.
