Looking for a tiny dog with a massive personality, Bailey could be your guy! He is a 7 month old Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher puppy (best guess).
Bailey is an athletic, high energy puppy with a world class cuddle bug side when playtime is done. We are obsessed with his radar ears, one up, one down! He is a toy enthusiast who loves fetching stuffed animals and proudly navigating every corner of the yard. Since he's a teething pup, he thoroughly enjoys his chew treats also.
Bailey has not had any #2 accidents in his foster home. He wears a belly band when his foster mom can’t watch him closely. Bailey is also crate trained and sleeps soundly through the night, both in his crate or curled up next to you. He walks great on a leash and is always ready for a car ride!
Like most puppies, Bailey would benefit from positive reinforcement training. We recommend Fur Better Fur Worse Dog Training and take many of our foster dogs through their beginning program. Bailey needs a home with older, dog savvy kids, and he would do best with a fenced in yard for his zoomies.
Bailey is neutered, current on vaccines and prevention and is microchipped. His adoption fee is $350. To meet him, please submit an application at www.k9kindnessrescue.org/adopt. As a reminder, we are not a shelter location and require a scheduled meet and greet.
Adopters must live within 175 miles of the Quad Cities. All pets currently in the home must be routinely kept up to date on shots, prevention and fixed to be approved for adoption.
