Looking for a little dog with a big personality? Meet Bo, a 7-pound young adult Chihuahua who is equal parts curious, happy, and affectionate.
Bo has settled into foster care beautifully and is proving to be an easy little companion. He sleeps soundly through the night, enjoys exploring his surroundings, and is always interested in what his people are doing. Whether you're working around the house or relaxing on the couch, Bo wants to be part of the action.
He's also a people lover! Bo isn't the least bit intimidated by men-in fact, he's become fast friends with his foster dad, who is a big, tall guy. If there's a lap, a couch, or a person to hang out with, Bo is all in.
Bo is making great progress with his house training. He has had just one accident in his foster home, and like many little dogs, he's still learning that marking indoors isn't necessary. With supervision, consistency, and a routine, he's continuing to improve every day.
If you're looking for a cheerful little sidekick who will happily tag along wherever life takes you, Bo may be the perfect match.
All Heart of America Humane Society dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations. Adoption fee is $250.
