Opie - Catahoula Leopard Dog Dog for Adoption in West Peoria, Illinois
OPIE
Catahoula Leopard Dog
🇺🇸
West Peoria, Illinois
September 24th
male, large, baby
DESCRIPTION
Opie is about four months old and weighs 32 pounds, a catahoula mix is our best guess. His foster thinks he should be fairly large size as his paws are pretty big. Opie should have been named Curious George his foster says because he has to know what's going on and follow you wherever you go. He is a well behaved pup and seems very smart. He is pretty high energy but then once he wears himself out he flops down and just observes. He is working on potty training. He loves other dogs, hasn't been around cats as there are none in his foster home, but should do good. He carries toys around and loves to play with them. Opie doesn't do too bad on a leash, he is going to be a great pup for sure!
His adoption fee of $300 covers his neuter, microchip with registration, vaccines, and current monthly flea and heartworm preventions. Please apply at gfrpets.org/apply
