Luka - Cane Corso Dog for Adoption in Woodstock, Ontario

Luka is a 3-year-old Corso mix who has been fostered with Underdog Academy for the past year. He was surrendered to us and, after spending so much time getting to know him, we know he’s going to make a great addition to the right home. Luka is neutered and UTD on his shots!

Luka is a big, goofy boy with an even bigger personality. He loves tug, treats, cuddles, and being involved in whatever you’re doing. He has a habit of making us laugh with his silly expressions, dramatic reactions, and the way his whole body seems to wiggle when he gets excited. He can go from confidently strutting around with a toy in his mouth to trying to squeeze himself into your lap like he isn’t a giant dog. And watch out for that tail — when Luka is happy, everything in its path is fair game.

He has just a touch of anxiety, so a home without young children would likely be the best fit for him. He was raised with cats, so he’s fantastic with them, and he’s looking for someone willing to give him the time, patience, and consistency he needs to settle into his new home.

As with all dogs in the care of Underdog Academy, Luka’s new family will receive free training for life, so we’ll continue to be there to support both Luka and his new owners long after he goes home.
