Meet Achilles, a 2-year-old Lab Mix weighing approximately 65 lbs. Despite a heartbreaking past where he was kept tied up and severely mistreated by his owner, Achilles has remained a smart, loving boy who simply wants to feel safe and loved.

Achilles has a good temperament and energy level and is wonderful with dogs and children. He is also house trained and crate trained. He loves attention and is eager to connect with his people.

Achilles has not yet been tested with cats. He has tested positive for heartworm and negative for Lyme, Ehrlichiosis, and Anaplasmosis.

After everything this boy has endured, Achilles deserves a family who will show him that his past does not define his future.
