DESCRIPTION
Hi, I'm Libby, a lovely Boxer mix with a soft heart and a very sweet way about me. I can be a little timid when we first meet, but give me a little kindness and some gentle pets, and you'll see me start to relax and lean into your affection. Once I feel safe, I'm the kind of girl who wants to trust and be close.
I'm 3.5 years old, 44 pounds, and already spayed, so I'm ready to head home with my new family. I came to the shelter when the people who had me could no longer care for me, but I'm looking ahead now. I tested well with both dogs and cats, which could make me a wonderful fit for a home that wants a calm, gentle companion with a little extra tenderness in her soul.
If you have a soft spot for the shy ones, I just might be your girl. There is something really special about earning the love of a dog like me, and I think the person who gives me that chance is going to get a loyal best friend in return.
Libby's adoption fee is $275. You can learn more about Libby and other dogs at Happy Bark by visiting www.happybark.org
