DESCRIPTION
Hi, I'm Bon Bon, and I'm the kind of girl who makes fast friends wherever I go. I'm 4 years old, about 62 pounds, and my people think I might be a Lab and Basset mix, which sounds about right because I've got a lovely low rider look with a big, happy heart to match. I came in as a stray, but these days I'm focused on the good stuff, sunshine, companionship, and being somebody's sweet sidekick.
I'm an easy one to love. I'm a sweetie with other dogs, and I'm so polite around cats that I just let them do their thing. I have a soft, friendly way about me that makes it easy to picture me settling right into home life, whether that means joining you for a walk or greeting you with that cheerful face after a long day.
If you've been hoping for a dog who feels warm, gentle, and genuinely glad to be with you, I think we should meet. I'd love a home where I can be part of the everyday moments and remind you how nice life feels with a good dog by your side.
Bon Bon's adoption fee is $275. You can learn more about Bon Bon and other dogs at Happy Bark by visiting www.happybark.org

ABOUT: BASSET HOUND DOG BREED
The Basset Hound is a unique and recognizable breed known for its long body, droopy ears, and soulful eyes. Originating from France, they were originally bred for hunting small game like rabbits due to their keen sense of smell and sturdy build. Despite their laid back and affectionate nature, Basset Hounds are also persistent and independent thinkers, which can make training a bit challenging. With their low energy levels and love for lounging, they make wonderful companion dogs for families seeking a loyal and easygoing pet.
The Yellow Labrador Retriever breed is renowned for its friendly temperament, intelligence, and versatility. Known for their stunning yellow coats, these dogs are loyal family companions and excellent working dogs. With a strong retrieving instinct, they excel in various activities such as hunting, service work, and competitive sports. Yellow Labs are highly trainable and adaptable, making them popular choices for families, individuals, and organizations seeking a loving and reliable canine companion.
