Sparkle and shine! Meet Jewel Momma Sparkly, a 2-year-old Border Collie mix, weighing approx. 56.2 pounds (as of 6/16/26). She was found as a stray in Tennessee and is the matriarch of the SPARKLY litter! This momma can't wait to be spoiled and live in the lap of luxury. Preferably your lap!
UPDATE from Jewels foster mom: Jewel Momma is a super active girl who loves being outside, exploring every inch of the world.
Shes wonderfully low maintenance - ear scritches and belly rubs are all it takes to keep her happy. She loves love!
Shes doing amazing with crate training, is completely housebroken, LOVES playing with our resident dogs, and is politely indifferent to our cats.

Jewel is more precious than diamonds or gold because of her gentle and kind demeanor. Her favorite thing in the world is cuddling up with a good book while you give her loads of belly rubs. Yup, in that order. She loves her people, strangers and other dogs and would be a great companion for anyone looking for a sweet mom who deserves some pampering. Jewel loves the kiddos and while she hasn't met cats yet, anything goes!
She's still learning about leashing but has been doing very well with crates. She hopes you'll have patience with potty training as she gets used to your home. If you're lucky, she'll even bequeath you a small fortune for your help (but be sure to read the fine print!)

All dogs are up to date on vaccinations and spayed/neutered at the time of adoption. All dogs require professional training to become the best family member they can be.

Great Dog is not a shelter so there is no building you can visit. Our dogs live in private foster homes until adopted.
