Shiloh Surprise - Hound and Great Pyrenees Dog for Adoption in Andover, Massachusetts

This dog is currently out of state but will be transported to New England shortly with no additional travel costs. The long distance adoption process includes talking to the foster they are living with in the south. Roughly 90% of our dogs are successfully long distance adopted and 10% adopted locally.

SURPRISE! Have we got a treat for you! Meet Shiloh Surprise, an 8-week-old Hound / Great Pyrenees / Lab mix, weighing 8 pounds (as of 6/23/26). The SURPRISE litter were surrendered to a pound in Tennessee, but they're ready to party everyday with you! Cue DJ horn: "B-B-B-BERRRR!"

Shiloh is a gentle little sweetheart with a soft personality and a heart full of love. When it comes to distracting you for a surprise party, she handles her job seriously. Look at all that cuteness! She enjoys attention, cuddles, and following her people around to see what adventures might be next: A bouncy house? The carnival? Shiloh has a calm, affectionate nature and would love a family that will spoil her with treats, toys, and plenty of snuggles. She's the kind of puppy who quickly becomes everyones favorite (but don't tell the others that!)

The SURPRISE litter have lived with other dogs and would do great with kids, mainly because they'll dance the night away under a disco ball! They haven't met cats yet, but feline friends are welcome to an introduction. These sweet pups love to play and may pull on your pant leg at times, but that's only to get you grooving to the beat! They hope their future owners will help them with all things puppy training (though they have used crates for travel). Whether it's your birthday, anniversary, promotion, retirement or just surviving a long week, the Surprise pups are ready to celebrate with you, confetti and all!

All dogs are up to date on vaccinations and spayed/neutered at the time of adoption. All dogs require professional training to become the best family member they can be.

It is most likely that both their parents were strays and even if not, mixes of some sort and that their grandparents were mixes as well. The dog may have some genetic material of an American Staffordshire Terrier (pit bull). The dogs are usually mixes of many breeds, making them a breed all their own - a True and adorable American MUTT. If you are interested in this dog, you must submit an application.
