Jelly Bean is a sweet and loving boy who it’s friendly to everyone he needs. This good boy will be a little shy at first, but he warm up after a few treats! Jellybean loves to romp around the yard at Wags with all the other dogs. If he's not playing, you can find him snuggled up in his cozy doghouse.
Jelly bean was found abandoned at an abandoned house with his sister Snickers and his mom Pudding. Since then he has been neutered and fully vaccinated. His mom has been adopted and left the rescue and now it’s Jelly Bean’s turn! He is still in Mississippi but ready to take the transport truck to the northeast as soon as Saturday, September 12
Jelly Bean has a stunning black coat with white on his chest, he’s a beautiful dog. Jelly bean is housebroken at Wags but like any rescue pup will likely need some training as he adjusts to a new home. We know jellybean will make a wonderful member of the family.
A little about Wags and adoption fees: The woman who runs Wags takes care of almost 200 dogs completely on her own, she finds stray dogs constantly and find it impossible to turn them away.
Wags is a licensed nonprofit, a 501 C3. Adoption fees are the only source of funding for Wags and help pay for the vaccines, microchip spay/neuter and the transport from Mississippi for the lucky dogs who get posted for adoption and fine loving homes. What little is left after those expenses helps pay for food and vet care for all the other dogs and of course, the multitude of other expenses that come from running a rescue.
Almost all of our dogs are in Mississippi and come up by Transport, dogs are listed along the Transport route or in an area where we may have volunteers who can help transport the dogs. Sometimes were able to bring up dogs into a foster home in the northeast, we always need foster homes!
